THEREALELECTRICSTONER Super interesting new sound facettes by the Italian Masters. If i would sum up the influences i would say - some explorations of things Robbie Basho did, or a Gamelan Orchrestra, that reminds me of the one that Debussy heard on the Paris Expo, which changed the course of Western Music forever. And a little dreamy influence of Debussy is to hear in the warm sounds of "A Miriam". A new and unexpected masterpiece! Favorite track: A Miriam (l'Enfant Perdu).

about

This EP was created mostly with very unprofessional equipment in common sonically untreated houses of central Italy, in the middle of the countryside, close to Rome.
The arrangements are minimalistic and child-like, going utterly against the approach taken for the previous records. The tunes were, in fact, almost an accident: they came out of nowhere while noodling around mostly on an old piano during empty moments of my next record's writing sessions.
Much like the arrangements, the theme of this EP is infantile and naive, almost excessively so, something which is aptly mirrored by the poor equipment used to record it.
Though short in length, these tunes still tell a long and obscure story quietly hinted at in their unusual titles and their obsessive repetitiveness, almost involuntarily.
